Agape Holmes Incorporation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, and other significant barriers to permanent housing move toward greater stability and independence.

Through housing-focused assistance, compassionate case management, resource navigation, employment support, financial literacy, and connections to essential community services, we work alongside the people we serve as they rebuild their lives.

Our mission is to provide compassionate housing assistance and supportive services that promote safety, stability, healing, self-sufficiency, and independence for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, and other significant barriers to permanent housing.

    Agape Holmes Incorporation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, and other significant barriers to safe and stable housing.

    Our approach goes beyond addressing immediate housing needs. We believe lasting stability is strengthened when individuals and families have access to compassionate support, practical resources, and opportunities to build greater self-sufficiency.

    Agape Holmes works to connect people with housing-focused assistance, case management, employment resources, financial literacy, transportation assistance, food and essential-needs resources, childcare resources, counseling referrals, legal-service referrals, and other community-based support.

    Our goal is to meet every person with dignity and compassion while helping them take meaningful steps toward safety, stability, self-sufficiency, and independence.

    Our community-focused programs and developing services are designed to support:

    • Individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability

    • Veterans experiencing housing challenges

    • Individuals with disabilities

    • Survivors of domestic violence and other forms of interpersonal violence

    • Survivors of human trafficking

    • Individuals returning to the community after incarceration 

    • Adults and families experiencing financial hardship or other barriers to stable housing
