Through compassionate support, community partnerships, and access to essential resources, we are working to create pathways from crisis to safety, stability, and independence.

AGAPE HOLMES INCORPORATION is a Texas nonprofit organization committed to helping individuals and families overcome homelessness, violence, disability-related barriers, and other challenges that affect housing stability.
We are developing a transitional housing program that will provide safe housing, individualized support, and connections to community resources for people working toward permanent housing and greater independence.
