Agape Holmes Incorporation is committed to helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, violence, and other difficult life circumstances identify resources that may support their journey toward greater safety, stability, and independence.

While our housing-focused programs and supportive services are still developing, we may be able to provide information about community resources and referrals based on individual needs and available resources.

I especially like having that second paragraph on the Get Help page because someone who needs housing may visit this page first. It clearly explains what Agape Holmes can and cannot promise right now.

How We May Be Able to Help

Depending on individual needs, available community resources, and the current stage of our developing programs, we may be able to provide information or connections related to:

  • Housing navigation and housing-resource referrals

  • Case management and community-resource navigation

  • Employment and workforce-resource connections

  • Financial-literacy resources

  • Food and essential-needs resources

  • Transportation-resource referrals

  • Childcare resources and referrals

  • Counseling and behavioral-health referrals

  • Legal-aid and advocacy-resource connections

  • Specialized victim-service referrals

  • Benefits and community-resource navigation

  • Connections to other appropriate community-based services

Transitional Housing

Agape Holmes Incorporation's transitional housing program is currently in development and is not yet accepting participants.

We are not currently offering immediate residential placement. As housing programs become available, this page will be updated with information about eligibility, referrals, intake procedures, program availability, and how to request assistance.
