Assistance may include identifying housing resources, understanding housing options and requirements, completing housing-related applications and referrals, and developing steps toward safe and long-term housing stability
Case Management & Resource Navigation
Person-centered support may include identifying individual needs, strengths, barriers, and goals; developing action plans; coordinating services; and connecting participants with appropriate community resources.
Employment & Self-Sufficiency Support
Participants may be connected with employment resources, job-readiness assistance, résumé development, workforce-development programs, training opportunities, and other resources that can support greater financial stability and independence.
Financial Literacy
Financial-literacy support may include budgeting, money management, credit awareness, financial planning, and connections to resources that can help participants strengthen their financial knowledge and prepare for long-term housing stability.
Food & Essential Needs
Participants may be connected with food assistance, clothing, household necessities, personal-care items, and other community resources that can help address immediate and essential needs.
Transportation Assistance
Transportation assistance or referrals may be available, depending on program resources, to help participants access housing-related appointments, employment opportunities, healthcare services, supportive services, and other essential resources.
Childcare Resources
Participants may be connected with childcare programs, referrals, and community resources that can help parents and caregivers pursue employment, housing stability, education, and other individual or family goals.
Counseling & Wellness Referrals
Participants may be connected with qualified counseling, behavioral-health, wellness, and other appropriate service providers based on individual needs and available community resources.
Legal Advocacy Resources
Participants may be connected with appropriate legal-aid, advocacy, and legal-service providers when legal issues create barriers to safety, housing stability, benefits, or other needs.
Specialized Victim-Service Referrals
Individuals who have experienced domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking may be connected with qualified victim-service organizations and other specialized providers based on individual needs, safety considerations, and available resources.
Transitional Housing — In Development
Agape Holmes Incorporation is working to develop transitional housing opportunities for eligible individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, and other significant barriers to permanent housing.
The developing program is intended to combine temporary housing assistance with individualized support, housing navigation, and connections to community resources that can help participants work toward safe and permanent housing.
This program is currently in development and is not yet accepting participants.
